    Ngāti Tahu - Ngāti Whaoa Runanga Trust provide programmes that encourages community connectedness, particularly for aged people (pakeke, koroua, kuia) in the community.

    Our programmes are free to attend if you meet eligibility criteria set by the Ministry of Health.

    Anyone can attend the activities or programmes that are offered at the Whare Hauora, unless it states otherwise.

  • As a client of the Whare Hauora, you have the right to make a complaint if you are dissatisfied with the service or practice delivered by our staff.

    You can make a verbal or written complaint to a staff member or the manager. Acknowledgment of the complaint will be made within 5 days and a resolution revolved within 2 weeks.

    If your complaint remains unresolved, Advocacy Services can assist.

    To ensure that our clients receive excellent service, please provide feedback to staff of the Whare Hauora or Runanga.
